Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and specifications. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all showroom products and promotions. Follow up with potential customers to close sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the showroom. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Prepare and process sales invoices, quotations, and related paperwork. Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth operations.

Requirements:



Proven experience in retail/showroom sales (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable and confident personality. Good negotiation and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM). Ability to work in a target-driven environment. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
