Greet and assist all customers entering the showroom promptly and professionally.
Understand customer project requirements (e.g., application, budget, design style) to recommend appropriate natural cladding stone products (e.g., slate, quartzite, limestone, sandstone).
Present detailed product features, benefits, and technical specifications, including installation and maintenance guidelines.
Prepare accurate price quotes, process sales orders, and handle payment transactions.
