Showroom Sales Executive
with
2-3 years of experience
in retail or customer-facing roles. Based in
Sikandarpur, Gurugram
, you'll be the face of the brand--welcoming customers, suggesting products, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and warmly.
Understand customer needs and recommend products that fit their preferences and budget.
Meet or exceed monthly individual and showroom team sales targets.
Showcase product benefits, pricing, offers, and after-sales support.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom display.
Build rapport with customers to drive repeat visits and referrals.
Conduct follow-ups for inquiries, feedback, and leads.
Coordinate with billing, inventory, and delivery teams.
Keep up-to-date with stock levels, new launches, and promotions.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
2-3 years in showroom/retail sales, preferably in home decor, lifestyle, interiors, or related sectors.
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; a graduate is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (local language + basic English).
Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, and customer-centric.
Basic computer knowledge including billing software and MS Office.
Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
