The Showroom Sales Executive (Home Appliance Section) is responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of home appliances to customers visiting the showroom. The role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating product features, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable home appliance products (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwave ovens, etc.).
Demonstrate product features, specifications, and usage to customers effectively.
Provide detailed information about warranties, pricing, financing options, and after-sales service.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products, models, brands, and new arrivals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Minimum High School Graduate
Experience:
1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics. (Freshers also can apply)
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong product knowledge and demonstration skills
