To manage walk-in customers at the Amrock Stone showroom, explain products effectively, generate enquiries, and convert leads into sales while maintaining premium brand presentation and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling & Sales
Attend walk-in customers, architects, builders, and contractors visiting the showroom
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Amrock Stone products (cladding stones, designer bricks, fluted panels, micro-coating, artifacts, etc.)
Explain product features, applications, finishes, and installation methods
Generate quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales
Showroom Management
Maintain proper display of all product panels and sample areas
Ensure showroom cleanliness, lighting, and overall visual appeal as per Amrock SOP
Arrange samples, catalogues, and shade cards for easy access
Lead Management & Follow-up
Record all enquiries in enquiry register / CRM
Regular follow-up with customers, architects, and site engineers
Coordinate with backend team for order processing, dispatch, and delivery timelines
Brand Representation
Maintain professional conduct and brand-consistent communication
Educate customers about Amrock quality standards, micro-coating benefits, and warranty guidelines
Handle customer objections and provide solutions within company policy
Skills & Requirements
Experience in building materials, tiles, stones, cladding, or interiors preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of measurements, area calculation, and quotations
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
Ability to use WhatsApp, email, and basic computer tools
