Warmly welcome and assist showroom walk-in customers -- guide them through product options and design possibilities.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend appropriate solutions.
Present and explain features, benefits, and pricing of modular kitchens, accessories, and premium hardware products
Convert enquiries into sales through consultative selling and closing techniques.
Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and secure orders.
Product Expertise
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all showroom products including modular kitchen systems, decorative hardware, kitchen accessories, appliances and fittings.
Explain product specifications and customization options confidently.
Showroom Operations
Prepare and present professional quotations, proposals, and product literature.
Coordinate with design and installation teams to assist customers with their project execution.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduation in any discipline
Experience & Eligibility Criteria:
Strong communication skills (Gujarati/Hindi/English).
Excellent customer handling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude.
Basics of MS Office / CRM would be beneficial.
