Welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, and present suitable products.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value.

Increased walk-in to sales conversion ratio.
2. Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly showroom sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services.
Result:
Higher average billing value and revenue growth.
3. Customer Experience
Maintain professional, friendly, and helpful interactions.
Handle objections and resolve queries effectively.
Result:
Satisfied customers with higher repeat and referral business.
4. Store Presentation & Stock Management
Ensure product displays are attractive, clean, and updated.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with stock team.

Improved showroom appeal and smooth product availability.
5. Data & Reporting
Record customer details, preferences, and sales in CRM/register.
Share daily/weekly sales reports with manager.
