Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to engage with walk-in customers and promote our products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the showroom.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.

Provide product demonstrations and detailed information.

Promote ongoing offers and increase footfall conversion.

Maintain a neat and appealing product display area.

Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a showroom, retail, or customer-facing role.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customer queries with confidence and professionalism.

Basic knowledge of product promotions and sales techniques.

Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
