We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and result-driven
Female Showroom Sales Executive
for our premium bags and luggage showroom located in Noida. The ideal candidate should be sharp, well-spoken, and passionate about sales, with a flair for engaging customers both offline and online.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting products.
Drive showroom sales by converting leads into walk-ins and walk-ins into sales.
Engage with customers on social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) to promote products and generate sales.
Maintain attractive merchandise displays to enhance the in-store experience.
Follow up with potential customers via phone or digital platforms.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
Female candidate with
6-8 months of showroom or retail sales experience
(bags/luggage/fashion/lifestyle segment preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic and aggressive in pursuing sales.
Social media savvy - capable of promoting products and engaging customers online.
Presentable, professional, and confident in dealing with high-footfall environments.
Should be comfortable working 6 days a week, 9 AM - 6 PM.
