Job Summary
As a Promoter / Showroom Sales Executive, you will represent our brand on the showroom floor, engage with walk-in customers, present product solutions, and drive sales conversions. You will wear the company T-shirt/uniform and act as a brand ambassador to ensure a professional image.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers when they enter the showroom
Provide product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing
Assist customers in selecting the right screens or fitment options
Maintain product displays, ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked
Track customer interactions, leads, and follow up for conversions
Coordinate with service/installation teams to schedule site visits
Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Promote current offers, warranties, and financing options (e.g. 0% EMI where applicable)
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
Previous experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or promoter roles is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, good presentation
Comfortable wearing a company uniform / T-shirt as dress code
Basic computer skills (for order entry, CRM use)
Local language fluency + basic English
Should have reliable means of commute
