Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Female Showroom Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers, explain product features, and support the sales team in achieving targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fitness equipment.

Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.

Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals.

Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.

Maintain showroom cleanliness, product arrangement, and display standards.

Handle basic billing and customer documentation.

Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and delivery updates.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Female candidates only.

Minimum education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.

Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.

Pleasant personality and confident attitude.

Ability to understand customer needs and build rapport.

Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, email, MS Office).

Prior experience in retail/showroom sales is an added advantage.

Salary:

Competitive salary based on experience + Incentives.

Working Hours:

Standard showroom timings (to be discussed during interview).
