We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated female Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a people-person with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of customer needs. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for customers, guiding them through our product range, and closing sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet and welcome customers to the showroom in a friendly and professional manner. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements.
Product Knowledge:
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, pricing, and availability. Be able to confidently answer customer questions and provide detailed information.
Sales & Consultation:
Provide personalized consultations to customers, offering expert advice and recommendations based on their needs. Showcase products effectively, highlighting their unique selling points.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing the sale. Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Follow up on leads and inquiries, and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Showroom Management:
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the showroom. Ensure that products are displayed attractively and that promotional materials are up-to-date.
Reporting:
Track sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare regular sales reports for management, providing insights into customer trends and market feedback.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively with the showroom team and other departments to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Qualifications:
Gender:
Female (This is a specific requirement for this role to maintain gender balance in our sales team and to connect with our female clientele, who form a significant portion of our customer base.)
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a showroom environment," or "Freshers with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply."
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-centric approach with a positive and friendly attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using a POS (Point of Sale) system and basic computer skills.
A keen eye for detail and a knack for visual merchandising.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
