The Showroom Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance within the retail showroom. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a seamless buying experience while upholding the brand standards of myG.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers to understand their requirements and provide product demonstrations.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer interaction and upselling.
Maintain accurate billing, documentation, and daily sales reports.
Ensure visual merchandising standards, product display accuracy, and stock availability.
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with store leadership and team members for smooth showroom operations.
Stay updated with product knowledge, new launches, and market trends.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum educational qualification:
Plus Two
0-3 years of experience in retail sales
- preferably in mobiles, laptops, home appliances, small appliances, cookware, or fragrances.
Freshers also can apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Well-groomed, positive attitude, and professional behaviour
at all times
