Assisting the customer by understanding their requirements and recommending our products as per the customer needs .
Converting leads into sales.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
Handle complex customer queries or complaints professionally.
Maintain a customer-first environment and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Generate Billing Invoice on our portal when the product is sold, Prepare Quotations for customer as and when needed.
Qualification
:-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills required:
Good Communication Skills in English
Good Sales acumen
Negotiation Skills
Cross-Selling Skills
Well versed with working on computer for taking bill invoices, sharing quotes with customers etc.
Knowledge of visual merchandising principles is a plus.
Work Experience:
Atleast 3 years of Retail Experience.
Previous Experience of Working in Furniture, Lighting ,Home Decor and Home furnishing brands will be preferred.
