We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Showroom Sales Executive

to join our FabIndia store in Kannur. The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations.
?

Sales & Upselling:

Drive sales by promoting FabIndia's clothing, home decor, and lifestyle products.
?

Store Operations:

Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and assist in visual merchandising.
?

Billing & Transactions:

Handle the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process payments, and manage customer queries.
?

Inventory Management:

Assist in stock replenishment and daily stock checks.
?

Customer Relationship:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
?

Reporting:

Provide daily sales updates and feedback to the store manager.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills Sales-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Basic knowledge of POS systems & billing software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
