The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling queries and complaints, managing store displays, and maintaining sales standards. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for luxury retail.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote and sell luxury timepieces to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
Develop and expand the customer network.
Participate and support company events and marketing activities.
Contribute actively to achieving the boutique's sales targets.
Ensure high standards of housekeeping, operations, and customer service at all times.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage (freshers may apply if other criteria are met).
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Agile, flexible, and capable of handling complex challenges.
Young, dynamic, self-motivated, open-minded, and result-oriented.
