The Sales Associate is responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, managing customer enquiries, maintaining store display standards, following sales processes, and ensuring excellent communication to deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Promote and sell luxury timepieces to customers with professionalism and product expertise.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent sales and service.
Develop and expand a customer network to enhance repeat business.
Attend and support company events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Contribute actively to achieving boutique sales targets and business objectives.
Ensure the boutique maintains high standards of housekeeping, operations, and customer service.
Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain store display standards in alignment with brand guidelines.
