Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with product pricing and promotions. Operate cash registers efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions. Employ upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Stay informed about product offerings, including lighting design trends and interior design concepts. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively. Basic math skills required for handling transactions and inventory management. Knowledge of retail math concepts is beneficial for pricing strategies. Familiarity with lighting design principles or interior design is advantageous but not mandatory. A proactive attitude towards upselling and achieving sales goals is essential.
