Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing products that meet their needs. You will contribute to the overall success of the sales team by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences Recommend products based on customer requirements Demonstrate product features and benefits Process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Meet and exceed sales targets Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

Requirements

Strong sales and customer service skills Ability to upsell and cross-sell products Basic math skills for processing transactions Excellent communication skills in English Organizational skills to manage inventory and product displays Prior experience in sales, account management, or outside sales is a plus Knowledge of lighting sales is advantageous
