Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell luxury timepieces to clients with a deep understanding of the brand and product.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide personalized service to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store display standards.
Ensure a seamless sales process from initial engagement to after-sales support.
Actively participate in achieving boutique sales targets and KPIs.
Attend and support brand events, in-store activities, and marketing campaigns.
Uphold housekeeping and operational standards in accordance with company policies.
