Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Female Showroom Manager to manage the day-today opera ons of our UPVC & Aluminium showroom. The role involves customer handling, online portal management (IndiaMART, Google Ads etc.), coordina ng with the back-end team for quota ons, and leading the telecaller team for inquiry follow-ups. The role also includes collec ng customer feedback, Google reviews, and video tes monials a er sales to strengthen brand reputa on. The candidate must have strong communica on, sales orienta on, leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Excel for repor ng and MIS.

Key Responsibili es

Showroom Management

Oversee daily opera ons of the UPVC & Aluminium showroom. Maintain product samples, catalogues and ensure professional showroom presenta on. Greet and assist walk-in clients, understand their requirements, and suggest solu ons.
Customer Handling & Sales Support

Handle showroom walk-in clients (architects, contractors, retail customers). Coordinate with the back-end team for quota on prepara on. Share quota ons with customers and ensure mely follow-ups un l closure. Provide a er-sales support and coordinate with the technical/installa on team for site visits.
Online Portal & Lead Handling

Manage IndiaMART, Justdial, Google Ads, and website inquiries. Respond promptly to digital leads and maintain proper records. Share product details, send quota ons, and follow up un l deal closure. Track and analyze performance of online portals for management review.
Telecaller Team Management

Supervise the Telecaller team handling inbound & outbound calls. Assign leads to Telecallers, monitor call quality, and ensure Timely follow-ups. Train Telecallers in customer handling and product knowledge. Track Telecaller performance and report to management.
Excel & Reporting

Maintain inquiry and quota on registers in Excel. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on walk-ins, online leads, and Telecaller performance. Provide data insights on lead conversion rates, follow-up effectiveness, and sales pipeline.
Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business/Interior Design preferred). 5 years' experience in showroom/retail/lead management (building materials/interiors/fenestra on industry preferred). Strong MS Excel skills (MIS, VLOOKUP, Reporting). Experience in handling IndiaMART, Justdial, Google Ads leads. Experience in managing a Telecaller/customer support team. Excellent communication on & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi). Presentable, confident, and result-driven personality.
Compensation on

Salary: ? 25000-30000
