The Showroom Sales Advisor is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert product guidance to drive sales. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining showroom standards, and achieving individual and store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their showroom visit
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle billing, payments, and basic documentation accurately
Maintain showroom cleanliness, displays, and visual merchandising standards
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Address customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and pricing
Coordinate with the store team for stock availability and replenishment
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)
Prior experience in retail or showroom sales is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with a sales-driven mindset
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holiday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
