The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth retail operations at the myG Future. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for technology and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in identifying suitable products based on their needs and preferences.
Promote and sell mobiles, accessories, home appliances, and other myG product categories.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide accurate product information, features, and benefits to customers.
Maintain store display, cleanliness, and product arrangements according to company standards.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the store team and backend staff for smooth billing, stock, and after-sales support.
Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
Maintain proper documentation of daily sales and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Minimum Plus Two (12th) or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
0-3 years of experience in retail sales (electronics/mobile industry preferred).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with good convincing ability.
Basic computer and billing knowledge.
Team player with a positive and energetic approach.
Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 7:30 PM / 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM (Rotational shifts)
