Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers visiting the MG showroom in a professional and courteous manner Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and walk-in customers efficiently Maintain visitor records and direct customers to the concerned sales or service executives Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups and appointments Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Assist in basic administrative and documentation work as required Support showroom operations to ensure a smooth customer experience

Eligibility & Skills Required:

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred Good communication skills (English, Hindi & local language) Pleasant personality with customer-friendly attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) Prior experience in automobile showroom or customer service will be an added advantage
