Female Showroom Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our esteemed customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth.
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and guide customers to the appropriate department.
Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth customer flow in the showroom.
Assist the sales and service teams with customer coordination.
Handle basic administrative tasks and front desk management.
Maintain the reception area with a premium brand feel.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in front desk/receptionist/customer service role (automobile showroom experience preferred).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling).
Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
