To manage and operate the Concept Store as per HO guidelines
To provide exceptional customer services to enhance the overall satisfaction and loyalty at Concept Store
MIS Sharing with Management
Maintain brand image and create awareness of HMSI EV products
Day to Day operations, walk-in customer handling
Customer Grievance handling and channelization to appropriate department/ person
Contractual manpower hiring for Concept store
Ensure timely training and development activities of manpower of Concept Store
Lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching
Organize the team in an efficient manner according to business needs and delegate responsibility
Collating insights from other concept stores (non automobile) and propose valuable changes to enhance the customer experience. Identify potential areas of improvement and cultivate a feel for the market trends
Ensure coordination with Dealers, Area In charge and Company authorities
Daily, weekly, monthly MIS reporting
Based on company directions time to time ensuring promotional activities in nearby vicinity
Monitor store controllable expenses, handling petty cash and process claims
aiming and hand holding for forthcoming Concept stores across India and active participation in dealership new recruits training in Bangalore
