Job Description


MALE CANDIDATES PREFERED HAVING EXPERIENCE FROM BUILDING MATERIAL/ INTERIORS INDUSTRY ARE ADDED ADVANTAGE Welcome walk-in customers at showroom. Develop and implement strategies to increase walk-ins to the experience center. Maintain in-depth knowledge about the brands, materials, product features, finishes and pricing. Ensure a seamless experience for customers visiting the showroom. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the experience center Ensure that all areas of the showroom are clean and organized. Ensure the display units in the experience center is in proper working condition. Timely intimation to the concern person if any of the display units is not working properly. Record & Maintain data base of customer visiting showroom. Develop and maintain fruitful relationship with potential B2B & B2C customers visiting the showroom for future references. Responsible for providing a brief description about the company and the brands under the company to the customers visiting the experience center. Responsible for showing the models displayed in the showroom and recommend products to customers by identifying their needs & requirements. Proper follow-up of potential hot & warm prospects. Ensure customers are provided with refreshments. Collect joinery details from customer. Sending product brochures & pictures of the work completed sites with the customer either through mail or WhatsApp. Coordinate with sales coordinator & arranging site supervisors for taking site measurement. Coordinate with quoting team, submit quotations, follow-up, and negotiation processes to ensure effective sales conversions. Coordinate with quotation team & make revisions in the quote as per customer requirements. Get approval from GM for discount. Get signature from customer in the project confirmation report. Get final approval from customer on hardware & color. Intimation to the quotation team to pass the quotation to design team to prepare cutting list, once advance payment + GST or customer confirmation obtains whichever is later. Coordinate with project team to know the status of the production. Follow-up with project team for timely delivery. Follow-up with customer & collect remaining 40% amount prior to installation. Intimation given to project team for starting installation once remaining amount receives. To be vigilant & updated about competitors, their new product launches & price revisions. Convey terms & conditions & get customer acceptance on it. Visit client site or meet architects in rare cases. Provide seamless customer support through phone, e-mail or social media. Make multiple calls to potential clients for closing the sale. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
