Key Responsibilities
1. Showroom Operations
Oversee day-to-day showroom functioning, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, display aesthetics, and product presentation to luxury retail standards.
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers for ordering and product updates.
2. Sales & Customer Service
Greet, guide, and assist customers in selecting jewelry that suits their preferences and budgets.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
3. Staff Management
Supervise, train, and motivate showroom staff on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service standards.
Prepare staff schedules, assign tasks, and evaluate team performance.
Promote a positive and high-performance work environment.
4. Visual Merchandising
Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance product appeal.
Ensure jewelry displays align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain sales records, daily reports, and customer data.
Analyze sales trends and provide insights to management for business growth.
Oversee billing accuracy, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
6. Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with premium clients and ensure repeat business.
Coordinate appointments for customization, repairs, and special orders.
