Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end operations of the showroom and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Handle and lead a team of minimum 8 members, ensuring high productivity and discipline.
Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle escalations effectively.
Ensure proper merchandising, stock management, and visual display standards.
Implement sales strategies and operational processes to improve overall profitability.
Coordinate with senior management for reporting, planning, and operational improvements.
