- Showroom Manager (Home Appliances) Company: BrijRani Digital Position: Showroom Manager - Home Appliances Location: Unnao Reporting To: General Manager / CEO / Managing Director

Job Purpose The Showroom Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the BrijRani Digital Home Appliances Showroom. The role focuses on driving sales, managing the showroom team, ensuring a high standard of customer experience, and maintaining operational discipline in line with company policies and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Operations Drive showroom sales to achieve monthly and annual targets

Ensure effective product display, merchandising, and pricing as per company guidelines

Monitor daily sales performance, customer footfall, and conversion ratios

Coordinate with backend teams for billing, delivery, and installation processes

Team Management Supervise, train, and motivate sales executives and support staff

Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower on the showroom floor

Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance

Conduct regular product knowledge and sales training sessions

Customer Experience Ensure a high level of customer service at all times

Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner

Build long-term customer relationships and promote repeat business

Inventory & Store Control Monitor stock levels and oversee inward and outward movement of goods

Coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment

Prevent stock loss, damage, and pilferage

Ensure showroom cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep

Reporting & Compliance Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, audit requirements, and policies

Coordinate with HR and Accounts for attendance, incentives, payroll inputs, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home appliances or electronics

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Sound understanding of retail sales metrics and showroom operations

Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Excel, billing software)
