We are seeking a well-organized and customer-oriented

Showroom Manager

to oversee daily operations of our interior customization showroom. This role focuses on

client service, coordination, and showroom management

. The ideal candidate ensures a premium, professional experience for every visitor while maintaining the showroom's aesthetics and operational efficiency.

1-3 years of experience

in showroom management, interior design coordination, or customer service. Maintain high standards of personal grooming and professional appearance to reflect the brand image. Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. Welcome clients, understand their design needs, and deliver a premium, personalized experience. Maintain showroom aesthetics and presentation standards -- lighting, displays, and overall ambience. Implement and monitor SOPs to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Track client inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions for consistent business growth. Manage documentation of quotations, communications, and project details. Plan and execute in-store events and promotional activities with the marketing team. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the showroom experience. Prepare periodic performance and client satisfaction reports. Handle client concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure all branding, signage, and digital displays align with the company's visual standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
