Job Description

The Showroom Manager oversees daily showroom operations, ensures an excellent customer experience, and drives sales performance. This role is responsible for maintaining the visual appearance of the showroom, managing staff, coordinating product displays, and building strong customer relationships.

1. Sales & Customer Service

Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and personalized service. Lead sales initiatives to meet or exceed monthly targets. Handle high-value clients, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a positive showroom experience. Maintain strong product knowledge of all showroom offerings.

2. Operations Management

Oversee daily opening and closing procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment. Coordinate product deliveries, returns, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

3. Visual Merchandising

Plan and execute showroom displays to highlight key products and promotions. Work with marketing or merchandising teams to implement seasonal layouts and brand guidelines. Monitor product presentation and ensure items are properly tagged and stocked.

4. Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff. Schedule staff shifts and manage performance. Conduct regular sales meetings and coaching sessions. Foster a customer-centric, results-driven culture.

5. Reporting & Administration

Track customer feedback, sales performance, and traffic metrics. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management. Manage budgets for showroom operations and merchandising. Oversee point-of-sale and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
