Role Overview:
We are looking for an
articulate, refined, and dynamic Store Manager
to lead our Chennai showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a premium shopping experience for our discerning clientele while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the showroom team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Engage with clients, understand their preferences, and provide curated recommendations.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value customers.
Drive sales growth and ensure store targets are consistently achieved.
Oversee daily store operations including inventory, billing, and visual merchandising.
Ensure the showroom consistently reflects brand aesthetics and luxury standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold excellence in service.
Collaborate with management on marketing activities, promotions, and in-store events.
Stay updated with product knowledge, new arrivals, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - fluency in English is essential (knowledge of Tamil/Hindi is an added advantage).
Prior experience in luxury retail, lifestyle, jewelry, or decor industry preferred.
Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong sense of presentation, attention to detail, and an appreciation for luxury design.
Ability to engage effectively with premium clientele and deliver a high-end shopping experience.
