Showroom Operations

Manage daily showroom activities and ensure smooth operations. Open and close the showroom as per schedule.

Customer Handling & Sales Support

Greet customers and understand their tile requirements. Explain tile types, sizes, designs, finishes, and usage areas. Assist customers in selecting suitable tiles based on budget and application.

Staff Supervision

Supervise showroom sales staff and helpers. Assign duties and ensure staff maintain professionalism.

Inventory & Stock Management

Maintain accurate stock records of tiles and accessories. Monitor inward and outward stock movement. Coordinate with warehouse for replenishment.

Display & Visual Merchandising

Ensure proper display of tile samples, racks, and catalogues. Keep the showroom clean, organized, and attractive.

Billing & Documentation

Coordinate billing, quotations, and order processing. Maintain customer records, invoices, and delivery details.

Coordination with Sales & Logistics

Coordinate with transport/logistics for timely delivery. Follow up on orders and ensure on-time dispatch.

Quality & Damage Control

Check tile quality before dispatch. Handle breakage, damages, and customer complaints professionally.

Target Achievement

Support sales targets and promotions. Track daily sales performance and report to management.

Vendor & Management Communication

Communicate showroom requirements to management. Coordinate with suppliers for new designs and samples.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure showroom safety standards are followed. Follow company policies and procedures. Managed daily showroom operations and customer handling Supervised staff, inventory, and tile displays Handled billing, orders, and delivery coordination Ensured quality control and customer satisfaction

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
