Role Summary: Overall responsibility for showroom operations with full P&L
ownership, sales growth, Inventory Management and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall Responsible for P&L and Growing the business
Drive sales targets, walk-ins conversion, and repeat customer building
Manage inventory planning, stock movement, replenishment, and
shrinkage control
Plan and execute sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, offers, and
visual merchandising
Lead, train, and monitor the sales team (roster, discipline, performance,
incentives)
Ensure billing accuracy, cash/credit control, daily sales closing
MIS reporting in coordination with finanace
Coordinate with suppliers/warehouse for new arrivals, fast moving items,
and slow stock clearance
Purchase Co - ordination - Analyze and inform purchse team on items
purchase | Manage Vendors visiting Shop floor.
Maintain high standards of customer service, complaint handling, and
store hygiene.
Capability to overlook a Residency Business would be an added
advantage
Qualifications & Experince
Graduate / Post Graduate preferably in commerce
7-10 Years of experinace of which at least 2-3 Years in Manager level
handing Textile or similer retail business
Computor profficency - Well versed with Ms office Applications and
adoptability to other softwares - Knowldge of Tally added advantage
Driving License
Salary
25-35 K + Sales Incentive + Free Bachelor accommodation
