Showroom Manager
to lead the overall showroom operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced, disciplined, and capable of managing a sales team while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning at all times.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer queries or escalations effectively.
Maintain showroom ambiance, branding standards, and overall visual presentation.
Coordinate with Triumph Motorcycles and internal management for reports, audits, and compliance.
Monitor stock levels, test ride management, vehicle delivery process, and documentation accuracy.
Ensure proper DMS entries, customer follow-ups, and sales reporting.
Conduct team reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations regularly.
Maintain strict adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in the automobile sector
(premium brand experience preferred).
Strong leadership qualities with proven team-handling experience.
Excellent communication, customer management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of showroom operations, retail sales processes, and CRM systems.
Ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and maintain a professional environment.
