Key Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage daily showroom operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. Assist customers with product inquiries, offering expert guidance to enhance their shopping experience. Lead and coordinate the team for smooth workflow and optimal performance. Maintain an organized, visually appealing, and inspiring showroom ambiance. Strategize and implement initiatives to drive sales and profitability.

Other Opertional Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Management:

Drive in-store sales to achieve monthly targets.

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and vendors.

Store Operations:

Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and display organization.

Supervise and train staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.

Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the store to reflect the brand's standards.

Accounting and Financial Management:

Handle billing, cash management, and daily reconciliation.

Track stock and oversee accurate inventory reporting.

Work with POS systems and generate financial reports as needed.

Social Media and Marketing Support (Advantageous):

Create and manage basic social media content to promote the store and its offerings.

Respond to customer inquiries via social platforms and WhatsApp.

Collaborate with the team on promotional campaigns.

Problem-Solving and Leadership:

Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

Proactively identify and solve operational challenges.

Key Skills and Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in business or related fields).

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting and familiarity with POS systems.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and WhatsApp for business.

Understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).

Compatability with generative Ai tools like , Leonardo , ChatGPT , Gemini , Mid journey etc

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.

Additional Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler for daily conveyance.
