(A) Develop and implement showroom specific operational strategy, short term and long term plans.
(B) Act as the primary spokesperson of the showroom.
(C) Follow and implement the company's culture and overall company's vision.
(D) Recruiting new staff members when necessary and train them.
(E) Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
(F) Ensure the showroom monthly targets are achieved, business forecast is done, MIS is generated, reviewed and shared with the Head Office within the timeline.
(G) Ensure all legal and regulatory documents of the showroom is monitored in compliance with laws and regulations.
(H) Identify and address challenges and opportunities of the showroom in the respective areas and solutions to address the same.
(I) Build alliances and partnerships with other corporate organizations, institutions to ensure the business prospect.
(J) Oversee the day-to-day operation of the showroom.
(I) Competition analysis, compile and report on pricing, product, designs and customer walk-in and suggest measures to ensure the business growth, consistently.
(K) Identify marketing measures and activities for the area, implement and work for the business growth.
Qualifications:
At least 4-5 years as a Showroom Manager/Store Manager/Asst Manager Operations in Furniture Industry.
Showroom/Store Operations, adequate technical skills, and other required skills connected to run and manage the entire showroom/store operations to a profitable scale.
General Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations, SOPs, strategic, due diligence, specific industry production methodology, knowledge of the market trends on the product, competitive analysis skills, eye for detail, operational control, people management skills, business acumen, adaptability, analytical skills etc.
Communication skills, People management, Strong Analytical skills, usage of system and process.
