Oversee day-to-day operations of the Bajaj showroom
Lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, finance, and insurance
Drive lead management and improve enquiry-to-conversion ratio using CRM tools
Plan and execute showroom-level marketing activities aligned with Bajaj Auto promotions
Manage vehicle display, test rides, and overall showroom visual merchandising
Handle customer escalations, grievances, and ensure high satisfaction levels
Conduct regular training sessions for sales staff on Bajaj products and selling techniques
Coordinate with Bajaj Auto executives for schemes, campaigns, product launches, and stock
Monitor daily operations including walk-ins, test rides, deliveries, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of sales, insurance, finance, exchange, and RTO documentation
Ensure showroom staff complies with Bajaj Auto brand guidelines and customer experience protocols
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and OEM as per Bajaj reporting formats
Conduct regular team performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement
Focus on improving Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Supervise coordination between sales, service, and accounts departments for smooth operations
Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of Bajaj Auto product range (Chetak,Pulsar,Dominar,Platina,etc.)
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
Target-driven with strong analytical and planning skills
Proficiency in CRM and dealership DMS software
Understanding of vehicle finance, insurance, and exchange processes
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Automotive Engineering (MBA preferred)
2-5 years of experience in 2-wheeler automobile sales
Minimum 2 years in a managerial role at an authorized dealership
Experience working with Bajaj Auto systems and reporting structures is a plus
Working Conditions:
6-day work week (weekends and Festivals are peak times)
Fast-paced, target-oriented work environment
Occasional travel for Bajaj Auto meetings, trainings, and dealer events
