Showroom Sales & Billing Manager - Garment Retail

Job Type: Full-time | On-site | 6-day work week (rotational weekly off)

Compensation: ?18,000-?30,000 per month (depending on experience) + sales incentives + staff discounts

About Us

Dazzle N Grace is a women's fashion boutique known for curated ethnic wear, coord sets, and occasion styles. We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on manager to lead showroom sales, billing, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience Greet customers, understand styling needs, suggest looks, upsell/cross-sell. Handle trials, size guidance, alterations pickup notes, and after-sales support. Billing & POS Create accurate invoices on POS (Zakya / Hike / Lightspeed or similar). Apply GST correctly (5% / 18% as applicable), manage discounts, returns & exchanges. Reconcile cash, UPI, cards at day-end; maintain bill books and reports. Inventory & Merchandising Receive stock, tag/barcode items, maintain rack displays & VM standards. Track sizes/colours, low-stock alerts, and coordinate reorders. Operations & Reporting Open/close store checklist, cleanliness, trial-room hygiene, security. Maintain daily sales sheet, footfall log, and basic Excel reports. Customer Engagement Maintain CRM/WhatsApp lists, share new arrivals, manage holds & pickups. Assist with basic Instagram updates (stories/reels of new launches).
Must-Have Qualifications

1-3 years' experience in apparel/garment retail showroom sales or billing. Working knowledge of POS billing and GST on retail invoices. Strong communication in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus). Presentable, polite, target-oriented, and comfortable with weekend/holiday shifts. Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills; fast learner with billing systems.
Nice-to-Have

Experience with Zakya / Hike / Lightspeed / Shopify or similar retail tools. Visual merchandising flair and styling sense for women's wear. Exposure to inventory audits and barcode/label printers.
Work Schedule

Store Timing: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (flexible shift within this window) Weekly Off: Rotational (1 day per week) Festive seasons may require extended hours (overtime payable or compensatory off).
