to handle day-to-day operations of our Kochi showroom. The role involves managing walk-in clients, ensuring the showroom is well maintained, handling initial sales follow-ups, and delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Kennith for Livspace brand.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Handling & Sales Support
Greet and attend to all walk-in customers professionally
Understand customer requirements and explain our interior solutions clearly
Record client details and pass leads to the design & sales team
Make initial follow-up calls to walk-ins and enquiries
Coordinate site visits and meetings when required
2. Showroom Management
Ensure the showroom is clean, organised, and presentable at all times
Oversee housekeeping and daily cleanliness
Make sure sample displays, brochures, and materials are properly arranged
Open and close the showroom on time and maintain discipline
3. Lead & Data Management
Maintain walk-in register and enquiry database
Update daily lead status and follow-up notes
Ensure no enquiry is missed or left unattended
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams
Share daily and weekly showroom reports
Track visitor numbers, enquiries, and conversions
Required Skills & Qualities
Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
Pleasant personality with professional grooming
Basic knowledge of sales or customer service
Organised, punctual, and responsible
Comfortable making phone calls and follow-ups
Ability to manage staff and housekeeping
Experience
1-3 years experience in showroom, retail, hospitality, real estate, or interiors preferred
Freshers with strong communication and attitude may also apply
