We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities,sales expertise, and customer service skills to ensure a seamless client experience while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end showroom operations, including stock and product management, customer engagement, and overall sales performance.
Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
Generate leads, manage customer inquiries, and train showroom staff to deliver exceptional service and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain showroom standards by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising in alignment with company guidelines.
Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Assess customer requirements and provide tailored product recommendations, including customization options where applicable.
Track and manage sales performance through CRM systems and Toillion project management tool.
Address and resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Monitor and manage inventory and materials to ensure smooth daily operations.
Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving or exceeding monthly and annual targets.
Key Responsibilities
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Retail/Showroom Management.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer handling skills.
Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 + Incentives & Additional Benefits
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
