Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a premium customer experience
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of modular kitchens and interior fittings
Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable design/product solutions
Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Track showroom sales, follow up on leads, and meet monthly sales targets
Maintain visual merchandising and overall showroom upkeep
Provide training and supervision to showroom staff (if any)
Maintain records, customer databases, and inventory updates
Requirements:
Gender
: Male
Experience
: Minimum 2 years in showroom management or interior design sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong product knowledge in modular kitchens/interior solutions
Sales-oriented mindset with excellent customer handling ability
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
