Job Summary
The Showroom Manager is responsible for driving the business performance of the retail store by managing sales, customer relationships, operations, and team development. This role ensures the store meets its revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals while upholding the brand standards of Malabar Gold & Diamonds
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Promote gold purchase schemes and upsell across product categories
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
Forecast footfall and plan resources accordingly
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Address customer grievances promptly and professionally
Understand customer buying behavior and preferences
Store Operations
Oversee daily operations across sales, marketing, guest relations, and administration
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
Maintain store ambience and visual merchandising standards

Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
Participate in product selection based on market trends
Manage old gold purchases and ensure accurate stock tally
Eliminate slow-moving or dead stock through strategic planning
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, train, and motivate the showroom team
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Identify high-potential employees and recommend development plans
Foster a performance-driven and customer-centric culture
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
