Job Description

The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the Belinda Sofas showroom. This includes team supervision, customer engagement, sales performance, visual merchandising, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail or furniture sales, strong people management skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage all aspects of showroom operations, including staff coordination, display management, and customer service. Lead a team of sales executives and support staff, ensuring smooth daily functioning and motivation. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the store. Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and aligned with brand aesthetics. Coordinate with the factory team for order follow-ups, stock availability, and custom orders. Address customer concerns and resolve complaints with a service-driven approach. Conduct weekly stock audits and coordinate inventory tracking. Plan and implement local promotional activities and showroom events. Train and mentor the sales team on product knowledge, customer handling, and upselling techniques. Generate sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and performance reviews for management.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
