ROLE SUMMARY:

Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

? Ability to build revenue, manage back-office operations and supervise selling professionals.

? Develop the strategies and plans to achieve sales results through clientelling, superior customer

service, events, partnering and traffic generating actions.

? Ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers.

? Think strategically and drive the business to company standards.

? Prioritize, plan, delegate, administrate and adapt to business needs.

? Maximize inventory, cash control and loss prevention techniques.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

? Bachelor's Degree in any stream.

? 3 Years of working experience in Retail.

? Good communication skills and multilingual

? Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft office and emails

? Understanding of retail work culture.

? salesmanship is a must-have

? Self-motivated and interested in taking on challenges to grow with us in their retail career/journey.

? This position is for the Bangalore location and we need people who can join on short notice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
