Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer experience.
Lead, motivate, and train showroom staff to maintain high service standards.
Oversee showroom display, merchandising, and inventory management.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and back-office teams for smooth operations.
Prepare reports, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business/Marketing/Interior Design (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in
retail showroom management
, preferably in
kitchen, lifestyle, furniture, or interiors sector
.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Customer-focused mindset with flair for premium product selling.
Knowledge of design aesthetics and showroom presentation is an advantage.
