Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our flagship Bangalore showroom. The ideal candidate must have a strong retail background in luxury or lifestyle segments, with an eye for detail and a deep appreciation for premium design. You will be responsible for sales performance, team leadership, visual merchandising, customer experience, and store administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Experience:
Ensure high-end customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Drive sales targets and enhance walk-in conversions.
Handle key clients, interior designers, and bulk orders with a personalized approach.
Maintain strong product knowledge across all collections.
Store Operations & Inventory:
Manage end-to-end store operations including stock planning, receiving, tagging, and inventory audits.
Ensure timely coordination with the warehouse for stock replenishment and dispatch.
Oversee billing, payment follow-ups, and POS operations.
Team Management:
Supervise and train showroom staff to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
Set team goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
Lead by example on customer service, styling, and product knowledge.
Visual Merchandising:
Maintain the premium look and feel of the showroom through regular visual merchandising.
Ensure seasonal collection displays are updated and well-presented.
Marketing & Events:
Coordinate in-store promotions, festive campaigns, and curated events.
Support social media and brand content creation by providing showroom updates and highlights.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in luxury/lifestyle retail, preferably in home decor, tableware, or fashion.
Strong communication skills (English & regional languages).
Passionate about interiors, hospitality, and elegant product curation.
Hands-on, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and billing software.
