We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and customer-oriented Store Manager to lead our Titan World franchise store at Bankmore, Dhanbad. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the store -- achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer experience, managing inventory and staff, and maintaining store standards according to the brand policies of Titan.
Key Responsibilities :-
Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning of sales floor, billing, customer service, and store maintenance.
Drive store sales and revenue -- set sales targets, monitor performance, analyze sales data/trends, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
Manage inventory: monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers/central warehouse / head office for timely replenishment, ensure store is adequately stocked, manage stock rotation and shrinkage prevention.
Ensure the store is always well-presented: maintain cleanliness and organization of store, ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays in line with brand standards.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff (sales associates, cashiers, support staff, etc.). Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and day-to-day guidance.
Provide outstanding customer service: handle customer enquiries, offer product information, resolve complaints or issues professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Manage store finances and administrative tasks: oversee billing, cash/Credit-card/POS operations, maintain records, prepare sales and performance reports, manage controllable costs and store profitability.
Coordinate with head office / regional management for marketing, promotions, brand campaigns, new launches, offers, and compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills :-
Proven experience in retail store management -- ideally 3-5 years (or more) in a fashion/lifestyle/watches / jewellery retail environment. (Apna)
