Job Title: Showroom Manager - Jewellery Retail

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹45,000 - ?50,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our jewellery retail operations in Gachibowli. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewellery retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the showroom, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall showroom operations and ensure smooth daily functioning

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

Monitor staff performance and provide training/coaching as needed

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Handle VIP clients and high-value sales with professionalism

Maintain visual merchandising and display standards

Oversee inventory control, stock management, and loss prevention

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines

Coordinate with head office for stock, marketing campaigns, and reporting

Prepare and present sales and performance reports to senior management

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in jewellery retail, with 1-2 years in a showroom managerial role

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Sound knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious jewellery

Proficiency in using billing and POS systems

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

Must be based in or willing to work in Gachibowli, Hyderabad
